To be honest with you I have not tried any weight loss supplements.  I have always been afraid of the long term effects of chemical stimulants on the body.  Every individual responds differently to the chemical stimulants and most reports of them have been so negative that I steered away from them.  I chose instead the hard way of managing my diet and exercise.

HCA also increases serotonin in your brain limiting your appetite and giving you extra energy. Chlorogenic acid is an antioxidant, may also slow the release of glucose into the bloodstream after a meal.
