I received a sample of Total Nutrition to evaluate.  My first thought was it was green.  I opened it and thought this is what catnip smells like to a cat.  Meaning that - It smelled wonderful.  I mixed up a batch of smoothie for one and added it to the blender.  I used 2 tablespoons to my mango smoothie and the total nutrition did not detract from the mango. A sample was not enough to determine if I transcended to revitalized health but the odds are I would have.

Poetry of the Heart by Christine Rice

This is a great book where the poetry is in free verse.  Easy to read and understand that Christine’s heart’s desire to produce a book that reveals her inner thoughts.  The book is comprised of twenty two (22) poems that reflect on her personal emotions and shared experiences .  I can say I enjoyed each poem.

I awakened yesterday and heard a pin ball machine in my head little did I know I was the ball.

I stumbled out of bed and disturbed the cat who meowed loudly. Ding ding. 1,000 points

Hit the door jam to the left and bounced to the wall on the right.  3,000 points Whirling  sounds with the ding ding ding.

Managed to get to the toilet and 'bout slide off it on the way down.  5,000 points I heard the time warp sound.

Exiting the bathroom left shoulder again hit the door jam rounded the corner with the right shoulder bunched off the little dog.  10,000 points ding ding

Take two steps and bunched off the big dog into the wall with my left shoulder as I rounded the corner to kitchen stepped on the little dog. 20,000 ding ding whirling.

Got to the door and opened it into my face. Time warp with flashing lights. 50,000  points

Went to step out of the one inch step into breeze way and stepped on the big dog.  5,000 point

Got to the back door to let the dogs out.  This door opens out with the force of the dog energy I felt like I was on an apex leaning out the door waiting for the bonus time warp dinging to stop.  

I did an about face and went back to bed.

I received a 30 day supply to evaluate Prevagen's effectiveness. Prevagen is developed by Quincy Bioscience. Before I began taking the supplements I would go about my day at work and think what was I doing?  Now the brain fog does not exist. I was sent the Cane Expressions in the Zebra print to review.  I shared it with my sister who uses a cane daily and it took her cane from blah to WOW in seconds.  It is a good quality fabric that just slips over the cane with not much effort.  It does not slip down during use. Don't you just love making scrapbook pages?  A 12 by 12 design can be fun and add a sketch which is a design template and you go from blah to amazing.  Then shrink them down to a 4 by 5 card and instead of a picture as a focal point, you use stamps, flowers, Dazzle Stickers (my favorite) and you have another startling canvas.  Now change that out and shrink your canvas to an art trading card which is 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches and the challenge is awesome.  That being said, let me confess I am having trouble shrinking my mental designs into small images.   It is like cooking for 5 people for 25 years and changing that out to just cooking to one.  My thoughts and habits are big.  But here are some of my finished results.
