Fear of Making Mistakes

Prior to 2012, I dabbled in a variety of projects from appliqué on clothing, crocheting, scrapbooking, journal writing and card making.  I mastered none.  I decided to concentrate on one and began with card making after my daughter introduced me to Claudine Hellmuth’s Super Swell Card Making Kit from HSN. Then, I became inspired with Dazzles from Paper Wishes. Big Picture Classes have further encouraged me to scrap happy and do not fear making a mistake of which of which I applied to card making. Scrapbook.com introduced me to birthday card swap.  I was fearful that my cards would not meet anyone’s expectations. I realized fear of making a mistake was preventing me from expanding my creative horizons.  By making a positive choice that I can create, I believe I will make creations of my own.
